Manpower discloses data breach affecting nearly 145,000 people

What’s new: Manpower has disclosed a data breach affecting nearly 145,000 individuals after attackers gained unauthorized access to its systems between December 29, 2024, and January 12, 2025. The breach was detected during an investigation of an IT systems outage on January 20, 2025. The RansomHub ransomware group claimed responsibility for the attack, stating they stole approximately 500GB of data, including personal and corporate information. Manpower is offering affected individuals free credit monitoring and identity theft protection services.

Approximately 144,189 individuals whose personal information may have been compromised in the breach.
